-- Microsoft, Dell, SWsoft and Dotster Team up for SiteBuilder Contest

-- Six Winners Will be Selected to Receive a Free Dell Notebook

Today, SWsoft (www.swsoft.com), an established leader in server automation and virtualization software, along with Microsoft, Dell and Dotster, announced the SiteBuilder for Windows Contest for currently enrolled college students in the United States starting in April 2006. The SiteBuilder contest will be prominently advertised on MSN.com, FOXSports.com and Facebook.com and promoted widely through a number of national media and college related outlets.

To win, contestants must register, create an original website using SWsoft's SiteBuilder solution, submit their website and receive the most public votes.

"As the boom in social networking sites suggests, the Internet is becoming the most widely used and vibrant outlet for teens and college students to creatively express interests and communicate with their peers," said John Zanni, director of hosting market development at Microsoft Corp. "Microsoft wants them to be able to realize their full range of creativity by making it easier for users to build their own sites. With this contest, we hope that participants will help demonstrate the wide-range of innovation and personal expression that is possible by using Microsoft and the SWsoft SiteBuilder for Windows."

"We're excited to give students a simple and easy way to explore Web hosting who may feel intimidated by HTML or general website creation knowledge," said Kurt Daniel, vice president of marketing, SWsoft. "The added benefit to the SiteBuilder contest is that college students will also be introduced to Web hosting through the free six month hosting offer from Dotster, a leading Web hosting company."

"We're looking forward to offering free hosting for all contestants as a way of investing in the future of the Web hosting industry," said Marci Hansen, Marketing Director, Dotster. "Participating students will be able to easily learn about and experience hosting for the first time and stay online free with Dotster for six months."

Why SiteBuilder for Windows?

SWsoft's SiteBuilder is an easy to use, scalable Web application designed to create and manage websites. SiteBuilder for Windows is currently a free tool for service providers and is the ideal tool for converting site traffic into a new client base.

SiteBuilder 3.0 for Windows, developed in partnership with Microsoft, is an upgraded product release of the wizard-driven, browser-based application designed to quickly and easily create and edit websites.

New SiteBuilder 3.0 features for end users include:

-- Drag & Drop - Now the SiteBuilder WIZARD supports drag and drop during multiple steps, advancing the software's usability and user flexibility by enabling drag and drop of desired components.

-- New Modules - Eleven newly improved modules make this version of SiteBuilder even more powerful and flexible.

-- Improved Blogging - End users can now create standalone blogs or add them as part of a traditional website to serve a wider range of users.

-- Photo Gallery - This feature allows end users to add and modify a photo gallery. End users can manage an unlimited number of photos and have the capability to choose templates and customize photo displays.

-- Forums - End users can now create and manage online discussion groups where visitors can discuss relevant topics and post messages. Administrators can edit the name and content of posts in current sessions. Using the SiteBuilder Forums Editor, end users can set up and configure an online forum with just a few clicks of the mouse.
