T-Mobile USA Statement on Conclusion of Bidding in the FCC Auction of Advanced Wireless ServicesBELLEVUE, Wash. --(Business Wire)-- Sept. 18, 2006 -- Bidding in the FCC's Advanced Wireless Services (AWS) spectrum auction has concluded, and the T-Mobile USA, Inc. bidding entity is the high bidder on 120 licenses covering the continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska and major markets including New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago for an aggregate of approximately $4.182 billion.
