Veraz Announces Nortel DMS Replacement ProgramSAN JOSE, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Veraz Networks, Inc., (NASDAQ:VRAZ) the leading provider of Multimedia Generation Network (MGN) application, control, and bandwidth optimization products, today announced a program to enable service providers using Nortel's legacy DMS circuit switches to quickly migrate to a next-generation IP network powered by Veraz's MGN portfolio. Over 100 wireline and wireless service providers worldwide already use the MGN portfolio to carry billions of minutes of VoIP and data services traffic each month. Nortel's recent bankruptcy filing and shift in focus toward enterprise customers leaves many service providers uncertain of on-going support from Nortel for their legacy DMS switches.
