(LaGrange Daily News (GA) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Feb. 09--Peter Mallory was indicted Tuesday by the Troup County Grand Jury on 60 counts of sexual exploitation of children, along with three counts of invasion of privacy and one of tampering with evidence. According to the indictment, Mallory possessed 60 images or videos depicting minors in sexual situations.
He also is charged with taping a person without their consent at the former TV33 studio at 211 Fort Drive and concealing a hard drive containing evidence.
Mallory first was charged with possession of child pornography and tampering with evidence in April after an investigation that began March 1 with the LaGrange Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. He was charged again in May with additional counts after police searched computers seized from the studio and his home.
