YuMe Names Paul Porrini as General Counsel and SecretaryAug 15, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- YuMe announced it has appointed Paul Porrini as General Counsel and Secretary. According to a release, with more than two decades of experience, Porrini joins YuMe after serving most recently as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Hewlett-Packard. In his new role, Porrini will lead YuMe's global legal team, providing legal support to the board of directors and all business units globally, including HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Strategy/Business Development. Porrini's work will bolster YuMe's legal foundation and support YuMe's delivery of the industry's most immersive, brand advertising solutions, which provide rapid retention and recall by consumers, motivate purchasing decisions, create brand favorability, and drive brand lift. Finance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
