According to a release, with more than two decades of experience, Porrini joins YuMe after serving most recently as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Hewlett-Packard. In his new role, Porrini will lead YuMe's global legal team, providing legal support to the board of directors and all business units globally, including HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Strategy/Business Development.
