The Digital World in Action at TM Forum's Management World Americas

MORRISTOWN, N.J. --(Business Wire)--

TM Forum's Catalyst program takes a unique approach to collaboration by providing the communications value chain a neutral environment to rapidly develop prototype solutions to some of the most urgent service management challenges today. At Management World Americas, held Dec. 3-6, 2012, at the Rosen Shingle Creek, in Orlando, Fla., leading service providers, international banks, top universities and large suppliers are all working together to demonstrate six digital services-focused Catalyst projects. "As service providers look toward the emerging digital economy, they need to see it as a vast opportunity rather than something to fear," said Nik Willetts, chief strategy officer, TM Forum. "The digital revolution is transforming enterprise IT; creating opportunities for service providers to revolutionize their business operations and grow profits.
