Rimhub launches new mobile app product for VoIP service providers

Rimhub, Inc., a managed services provider, has announced the launch of its new mobile app product, designed for VoIP service providers.
The new product is designed for VoIP service providers who utilize platforms such as BroadSoft, Metaswitch, and Avaya; and seek to improve and increase customer access to accounts via a mobile device, the company said.
Through an online ordering process, available through the company's website, service providers can customize and configure their own mobile apps, by selecting their platform, preferred colors and font, and other features that they wish to allow customers to manage from their mobile devices. Additionally, telecom service providers can upload their logo for true branding of the mobile app, the company added.
"We are very excited to unveil this new turnkey mobile app product to our customers a first for our market," continues Srinath Narayan, CEO and president of Rimhub.
"Presently, most service providers offer a web portal for their customers to access and manage their account and phone features, requiring customers to log in online to make changes. With our new mobility solution, service providers can offer increased flexibility to their customers, and allow them to manage their phone service on the go.
