AT&T to acquire wireless operations of North State Communications


Dec 21, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- AT&T, Inc., a provider of telecommunications services, has agreed to acquire wireless operations of North State Communications, a data communications and entertainment company, for a cash consideration of $23.5 million. Both the companies are based in the US.



Charlesmead Advisors, LLC is acting as financial advisor to North State in the transaction.

The transaction is expected to close within the first half of 2013.
