Shares of USA Technologies Rank the Highest in Terms of PEG Ratio in the Computer Storage & Peripherals Industry (USAT, SYNA, STX, WDC, NTAP)


Dec 31, 2012 (SmarTrend(R) News Watch via COMTEX) -- Below are the three companies in the Computer Storage & Peripherals industry with the highest price to earnings to growth (PEG) ratios. PEG is valuable in assessing the tradeoff between the price of a stock and expected growth. Generally, the lower the PEG, the better.



USA Technologies ranks highest with a a PEG ratio of 8.55. Following is Synaptics with a a PEG ratio of 1.43. Seagate Technology ranks third highest with a a PEG ratio of 1.42.

Western Digital follows with a a PEG ratio of 1.22, and NetApp rounds out the top five with a a PEG ratio of 1.18.
