CID Management Launches New Web Site to Promote Its Expanded Clinical Services

CID Management, Inc. has launched a new website, repositioning itself as "The Clinical Experience" provider. The new light, bright and approachable design uses custom-drawn icons to visually define CID's services.

While still providing URAC-accredited utilization review services, CID has expanded its offerings to include per-incident and enterprise-level clinical services known as The Clinical Experience. Restructuring the site enables users to quickly understand and use the Clinical Help Desk for fast answers or access the on-demand "Medical Director on Call" to handle tougher questions requiring analysis. Its "Physician Conversations" occur when medical requests fall outside medical guidelines and a phone call to thetreating physician from a specialty-matched physician can move the case along and avoid a formal utilization review.
