RCA and Broadview Networks to Partner on Hosted Communications Service

Broadview Networks, a provider of hosted voice, data and cloud computing solutions, has joined with RCA to roll out a new hosted communications service specifically designed for small and home-based businesses.
In a release, the Company noted that the RCA IP Phone Service is powered by Broadview Networks. The new service was designed to provide small companies with next-generation phones and features to optimize their businesses' performance.
"Our bundle of IP phones and broadband phone service will afford small businesses a far more powerful way to communicate with their customers and coworkers while bringing real cost savings to the bottom line," said President of Telefield North America Dwight Sakuma, a licensor of the RCA brand. "Teaming up with Broadview Networks, an IP service provider, allows us to differentiate the RCA telephone, while making the whole process of getting up and running simple and easy. This provides our retail partners with a unique selling proposition."

The system is customizable and scalable.
Included in the monthly service are a digital receptionist, customizable voicemail, voicemail delivery over e-mail, music on hold, call transfer and caller ID with name.
Users can make changes to their system preferences via a self-management website, and features like cell phone twinning ensure that employees will never miss a call.
