HALIFAX, Feb. 7, 2013, 2013 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- February 12(th) is Bell Let's Talk Day, a national campaign to raise awareness, reduce stigma and get people talking about mental health. Seamus O'Regan CTV personality will be in Halifax on this day to help break a Guinness World Records® title for the most people texting a message simultaneously. Seven hundred employees, students and mental health partners will join us at the Metro Centre to break the record.



The Bell Let's Talk team is also partnering with Kids Help Phone to host an interactive mental health session with Seamus O'Regan and Kids Help Phone professional counsellor at Gorsebrook Junior High.
