BRIEF: Layton man doesn't know how he was stabbed at Ogden party

OGDEN, Feb 15, 2013 (Standard-Examiner - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Police have little to go on in investigating the stabbing of a Layton man.

Police were called Wednesday night to McKay-Dee Hospital where the 22-year-old man was being treated for a stab wound to the right side of his chest, Police Lt. Tony Fox said.

The man told police he met, on 24th Street, two women with whom he had communicated through Facebook.

He followed the women to a party in Ogden, and at some point felt pain, looked down and noticed he was bleeding from the chest.

When questioned, he was unable to, or wouldn't, give a description of the women or their vehicle, said Fox. He also didn't provide a location for the party or give a description of the suspect or offer a reason why he was stabbed.
