"Just grab the cell phone!" the 27-year-old alleged victim said a short, thin man in a red hooded sweatshirt and baggy jeans yelled to an accomplice, who was also approximately 5-feet, 5-inches tall, thin and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, police said. The incident occurred at Green and High streets shortly after 1 p.m. Tuesday. Police said a witness in the immediate area attempted to grab the suspects, but they were able to flee on foot. Officers noted what appeared to be a bite mark and scratches on the woman's left arm.
