Advanced Computer Software appoints CFOMar 15, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Advanced Computer Software Group plc, a provider of healthcare and business management software and services, has appointed Guy Millward, one of the group's non-executive directors, as CFO. Barbara Firth, the current CFO, remains on the Board and will become COO responsible for acquisitions and integration. Paul Gibson will remain COO responsible for operations across the Group. Guy has spent the majority of his career in the IT industry. He has worked as Group Finance Director of Alterian plc, Morse plc and Kewill plc and most recently as CFO of BigHand, a private equity owned digital dictation workflow software provider, the company said. Vin Murria, Chief Executive, commented: "We are delighted that Guy is joining us as CFO. The Group is going from strength to strength and we have now expanded and boosted the capabilities of the management team to ensure the smooth integration of CSH and to support further growth in the combined business.
