(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) January 17, 2014 Chris Bell has joined RPI Consultants, an IT consulting firm based in Baltimore, where his extensive Human Capital Management background will help him flourish as one of RPI’s newest Senior Lawson HCM Consultants.

Mr. Bell has over twenty-nine years experience in the Human Resources and Payroll arenas. As a certified Infor/Lawson HCM Consultant, Chris has over sixteen years experience in the Lawson Human Capital (HCM) Suite, including multiple implementations of Human Resources, Payroll, Personnel Administration, Benefits, Event Management (Time Accrual), Absence Management, and related third-party vendors such as Bottom Line, Standard Register, MHC, and BSI Tax Administration software. Chris is frequently asked to provide presentations to the Lawson User Group community.

Justin Braun, Partner at RPI Consultants, speaks highly of Chris, “Chris comes to RPI with a strong track record of adding value and building trusting relationships with many of our existing HCM clients. Of course, he also brings a loyal following of new clients to RPI that we're excited to partner with and serve across the full spectrum of Infor/Lawson products. For me personally, the most exciting thing about Chris officially joining the firm is the faith that his integrity, values, and overall leadership ability will make everyone at RPI better.” Mr. Bell joined RPI Consultants following RPI’s acquisition of the Lawson consulting practice of Aster Group, a business software consulting firm in North Carolina.
