(the "Company") (NYSE:KND) announced today that it will provide an online, real-time webcast of its conference call covering fourth quarter and year-end 2013 operating results on Friday, February 21, 2014. The Company will issue its fourth quarter and year-end 2013 earnings release after the close of trading on Thursday, February 20, 2014.
