Tongji University, Carnegie Mellon University, International Green Campus Alliance and OSIsoft, LLC. signed an agreement to collaborate on Smart Campus at the International Green Campus Alliance (IGCA) Conference yesterday, May 14, 2014. Dr. Siegfried Zhiqiang Wu, Vice President of Tongji University and Chairman of IGCA, Prof. Dr. Ing. Dr. h.c. Volker Hartkopf, Director of the Center for Building Performance and Diagnostics (CBPD) in the School of Architecture of Carnegie Mellon University and a founding member of IGCA, and Ms. Ruth Yen, Honorary Advisory Board Member of Carnegie Mellon University CBPD and Vice Chair of IGCA were present at this signing ceremony. The joint pilot project will demonstrate ways that the power of data and advanced analytics can bring the campus to the next generation sustainable environment.
