OMAHA, Neb. --(Business Wire)--

Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company ("Mutual of Omaha") announced today the applicable Reference Yield, Yield and the Full Tender Offer Consideration as outlined in the table below, in connection with the Tender Offers for certain of its outstanding 6.80% Surplus Notes due 2036 (the "First Priority Notes") and its outstanding 6.95% Surplus Notes due 2040 (the "Second Priority Notes" and, together with the First Priority Notes, the "Notes," and each a "series" of Notes).
