Aquilent Appoints Chief Human Resources Officer Brook Carlon


LAUREL, Md. --(Business Wire)--

Aquilent, a recognized leading provider of Mobile, Web, Cloud, and Portal solutions shaping the next generation of technology for the federal government, has named Brook Carlon (News - Alert) as Chief Human Resources (HR) Officer. With more than 20 years of experience as a high-level employee champion for global technology companies, Ms. Carlon is in charge of all human resources and talent management activities within Aquilent, and serves as employee advocate-ensuring the entire Aquilent team is engaged and competitive.

Ms. Carlon has built a highly successful career with technology companies serving the healthcare and financial services industries by seeking out and implementing programs that help make a difference in the workplace. She has a broad range of HR experience, from creating all HR processes and procedures for a start-up company to leading a global HR team of 76 employees. She has extensive global HR leadership experience, having worked with company employees in India, the Philippines, Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom and Canada.

Before joining Aquilent, Ms. Carlon served in senior and executive roles at QuadraMed, Headstrong, Misys Healthcare, Cirrus Logic and other global companies.
