Aquilent Hires Vice President of Human Resources Pam Butziger


Aquilent, a recognized leading provider of Mobile, Web, Cloud and Portal solutions shaping the next generation of technology for the federal government, has hired Pam Butziger as Vice President of Human Resources. With certifications in Compensation and Benefits, a degree in accounting, and nearly 25 years of experience in human resources, Ms. Butziger will focus on bringing further innovation to Aquilent's human resources programs.

Ms. Butziger has built a human resources career within government contracting-working within companies serving the Defense, Aerospace, and Intelligence communities. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, recruiting, talent development, and mergers and acquisitions, including cultural assimilation processes. Ms. Butziger specializes in developing and leading high performing teams, mentoring, coaching and cross-functional team building.

Ms. Butziger is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), anda Certified Benefits Professional (CBP). She holds a B.A. in accounting from East Tennessee State University.
