Marlabs Acquires Tquila Shares in Extentor Tquila; Strengthens Salesforce Platform Capabilities


Marlabs, a fast-growing digital technology solutions provider, announced the acquisition of a stake in Extentor Tquila (also known as ET), a Salesforce.com (News - Alert) Gold Alliance Partner and recipient of the "Best Implementation Partner FY15" recognition from Salesforce.com. The acquisition will augment Marlabs' Salesforce consulting and integration capabilities, apart from adding to its list of IP assets and clients. ET will benefit from access to the North American and Latin American Market. Marlabs is acquiring the stake held by Tquila in ET; Tquila has been acquired by Accenture (News - Alert) recently.

With this investment, ET will be rebranded as ET Marlabs. Marlabs' investment in ET is aligned with its vision of helping clients use the power of cloud technology to deliver superior customer experiences that drive business growth. Through this relationship, ET sees the synergy of being able to execute services and solutions for the global market and building cutting ege applications in the financial services domain. Further to this acquisition, Dr. V. A. Joseph, ex-CEO and MD of South Indian Bank is expected to join the ET Marlabs Board of Directors.
