"We look forward to this process helping us build consensus with all stakeholders, gain insight into our target audience, better understand workflow and services, and identify opportunities to innovate."

Story+Structure's Discovery phase leads each project ad is the foundation of the company's human-centered approach. During this phase, a deeper understanding of user wants, needs, and concerns is uncovered, establishing a framework of shared goals and outcomes, leading to a more meaningful user experience. By employing empathic research methodologies, Story+Structure explores its clients' various audiences and documents their current user experience, goals, needs, and behaviors.
