SAN DIEGO, Nov. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Xavier Dean Realty announces the formal launch of its technology-forward California real estate brokerage, a full-service, remote-work model that supports agents with on-demand coaching, 100% commission, and innovative technology.

Agents are charged a low, flat monthly fee to remove the uncertain burden of monthly brokerage overhead, a hallmark of traditional brokerages and common detriment to profit for new and mid-tier agents.
