Donn Roth has more than 25 years of experience creating, applying, and managing new technology. Donn leads the development team at AppFirst, designing application monitoring solutions for application infrastructure. He started his career in 1980 as the Lead Design Engineer for the NASA Development and Assessment Lab where he designed hardware and software for the Space Shuttle Launch Processing System.

Since then, Donn has bounced overseas and coast-to-coast as the Design Engineer for MCM Japan in Tokyo providing design and integration of Ready Systems real-time Operating System. He went on to become the Chief Architect for Ready Systems, directing and managing kernel development teams. Donn served as the CTO and VP of Engineering for OnCore Systems before launching Trigence (now AppZero).

Donn holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Electronics from the University of Northern Iowa.

Prior to Cloud.com, he was head of strategy for Pure Networks and helped drive its acquisition by Cisco, where he then went on to oversee the Seattle-based Consumer Networking Software group. During her tenure, she was twice named as one of the Top 10 most influential IT analysts. Prior experience includes four years’ consulting on network signaling protocols for a boutique network engineering firm.

Lisa’s career in network communications began at AT&T, where her work focused on developing and introducing entirely new classes of business services – in product development, product management, new services market research, statistical modeling and forecasting. Across the globe, these services still generate billions of dollars of revenue today. The development teams she led were awarded 6 patents.

A member of the IEEE, Ms. Pierce is a frequent industry speaker and media commentator. Lauricellas other roles included Vice President of Telecommunications Research at AMI Partners, a leading research and consultancy firm focused on the global small and medium business (SMB) market - VoIPs fastest growing segment. Before that, he spearheaded the Yankee Groups research on the SMB market.
