Data analytics and artificial intelligence technology provider Cardinality.io has announced it will be joining Google (News - Alert) Cloud to support customer service providers (CSPs) efforts to utilize siloed data to enhance customer experiences and digitally enhance operations.
The two companies have agreed to combine the Cardinality.io platform with Google Cloud Data Analytics to enhance the transformation of four specific areas of business: planning and optimization, customer experience management, operations and service assurance, and marketing and monetization. By making customer and business data readily available within the cloud, business clients can then take advantage of AI resources for more personalized customer experiences and boosted productivity.
Cardinality.io and Google also plan to co-develop a new analytics solution that will fuse Google's Big Query, Dataproc, Datafusion and AI/ML resources with the Cardinality.io platform, offering businesses and enterprises new opportunities to leverage customer and production data for continuous improvements.

The Cardinality.io platform is expected to be available on the Google Cloud marketplace by the end of Q3
