FCCI Insurance Group Turns to GuideWire for Cloud Support

FCCI Insurance Group announced today it has subscribed to GuideWire Cloud’s ClaimCenter and BillingCenter management systems, in order to simplify complex business operations and create flexibility for evolving market demands.

In addition to these new subscriptions, FCCI also announced plans to collaborate with Guidewire PartnerConnect Consulting member Cognizant (News - Alert) to integrate these features through GuideWireCloud, providing all connected business departments with the same capabilities.

“Subscribing to ClaimCenter and BillingCenter on Guidewire Cloud enables us to stay current on Guidewire’s latest technology and innovations,” said FCCI Interim Chief Information Officer of Commercial Insurance Dave Patel. “As part of the transition from self-managed to Guidewire Cloud, we selected BillingCenter so that we wouldn’t have to manage two core systems from different vendors. We had customized our previous billing system quite a bit, so this will help streamline support through Guidewire.”

FCCI, like many businesses in the post-pandemic era, has made impressive efforts over the course of 2021 to transform business operations with the latest digital enhancements. The company revealed it selected SmartCOMM™ from Smart Communications to manage customer communication channels, which happens to be part of the Guidewire PartnerConnect Solution family.
