Digital strategy and technology service provider Alithya Group Inc. recently announced it successfully implemented both Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) for NorthBay Healthcare, a California-based nonprofit health organization.

Over the last two years, the healthcare industry was hit with a massive influx of activity. As a result, many healthcare leaders came to realize outdated infrastructure can no longer keep up with the drive toward digitization, causing many organizations to incorporate new technology to assist human labor. NorthBay Healthcare turned to Alithya to implement Oracle (News - Alert) Cloud ERP and HCM, in order to automate routine processes, add self-service capabilities, and manage employee performance at scale.

"The successful implementation of Oracle Cloud brings us closer to our longer-term strategy to replace multiple legacy systems with a single integrated Oracle Cloud enterprise system,” commented Chris Timbers, Chief Information Officer and Vice President at NorthBay Healthcare. “We anticipate increased efficiencies and productivity through automation and collaboration, and improved visibility and actionable insights to drive performance."

Additionally, both Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM can help NorthBay Healthcare leaders make more informed strategic business decisions, thanks to the deep analytical capabilities of both solutions.

"With the current challenges and pressures that the healthcare industry faces, it is more important than ever to provide technology solutions that reduce risk and help clients to focus on improving patient experiences. The implementation of Oracle Cloud provides NorthBay with reliable Financial, Supply Chain and HR data to improve decision-making and consistently and effectively address business needs."
