As the landscapes of cloud and communication technologies continue to transform, so too do the demands for said technologies. Consumers increasingly demand for fancier and more intuitive ways to communicate with businesses and brands on the channels they use every day.
So, brands are expected to deliver. Specifically, brands’ marketing promotions, real-time responses devised to satisfy consumer expectations, and other campaigns via the popularized channels consumers most often use. Channels, notably, that they’re more comfortable with. That interaction is key.
In this vein, let’s cover a popular form of interaction: SMS (Short Message Services).
Croatian-based IT and telecommunications company Infobip strives to fulfill the needs of consumers with omnichannel communications – securely and at scale – so trusted relationships are built across every possible channel. Infobip, a company that itself is trusted by the likes of HubSpot, Oracle (News - Alert), Meta, T-Mobile, Samsung and others, delivers these omnichannel experiences via (including, but not limited to) email, voice, RCS, MMS and, as mentioned, SMS.
And now, Infobip’s native SMS channels are integrated with the Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics 365 marketing platform.
The benefits of this? It allows enterprises’ marketing teams opportunities to build real-time campaigns using text messages more efficiently so they can better reach out to and engage with their customer bases. Per Infobip (News - Alert), “With our global presence, Infobip is the only global cloud communications platform that multinational businesses will need to reach their customers worldwide.”
With this dynamic Dynamics integration (i.e. Infobip SMS available through Microsoft), businesses can respond to customer actions more expediently, smartly draft and send hyper-personalized messages, and connect with their bases on the channels that they actually use the most.
“Whether for sales, support or marketing,” said Veselin Vukovic, Infobip’s Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, “consumers want more and more to engage a business or a brand over their preferred channels. For many, that can mean sending and receiving personalized text messages.”
“That's why we've enhanced our collaboration with Microsoft with our native SMS integration,” Vukovic continued. “In doing so, enterprises can be more connected with their customers where they are, while benefitting from stronger loyalty and higher sales.”
Additionally, Vukovic described how Infobip – as a proud Microsoft partner and an active player on both Microsoft Azure Marketplace and Microsoft AppSource – has also integrated other services in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales. (e.g. the chatbot-building platform Answers on Azure, WhatsApp for Business via Microsoft Bot Framework Composer, and more WhatsApp solutions)
“These demonstrate how we are the go-to,” Vukovic said. “We are the communication platform for every platform.”
