CloudFabrix, a provider of Data-centric AIOps, just unveiled an AI-driven Telco Service Assurance and Automation Solution that leverages the power of Data automation and AutoML to consolidate data sources, extract valuable insights, and drive automation.

With this solution, Telcos and MSPs can streamline their operations - enhancing efficiency and can deliver superior service to their customers.

The telecom industry is facing challenges today that are driven by the exponential growth of IoT Edge, 5G, and SD-WAN. This includes complexities of ensuring Service Assurance across distributed cloud and multi-cloud virtualized and containerized applications.

The solution has already been secured by multiple Tier1 Telco wins in North America and offers features specifically designed to transform data automation, AI/ML automation, and service assurance for telecoms.

The Robotic Data Automation Fabric (RDAF) consolidates, normalizes, and enriches diverse domains, protocols, and data formats. It also creates an internal schema-less database, centralized Data Lake, or can integrate seamlessly with platforms like Cisco (News - Alert)'s FSO to meet specific requirements of users.

For AI/ML automation, Composable Analytics, powered by the Macaw GenAI Assistant, automates the entire process of model selection, regression, correlation, and prediction. They can detect and predict service assurance issues across various data types, providing intelligent alerting, prediction, and forecasting, and enabling both reactive and proactive root cause analysis.

Visibility as a Service combines signals from SD-WAN, End User Experience, and Network monitoring into a single view with persona-based Composable Dashboards for quick insights and informed decision-making.

The offering also ensures both reactive and proactive remediation through bi-directional integration with ServiceNow (News - Alert), Slack, Camunda, IBM Ansible, and other collaboration tools.
