This past March, I covered a story over on MSP Today that featured Carahsoft Technology Corp., a company that has basically been trademarked as “The Trusted Government IT Solutions Provider.” That coverage detailed the company’s history as a pillar of support for public sectors (e.g. in healthcare and education, and across federal, state and local government agencies), and to this day Carahsoft still partners with near-countless vendors, resellers and system integrators to put solutions involving deep cybersecurity, multi-cloud, AI/ML, DevSecOps, training resources and much more into the hands of teams who need them in both the U.S. and Canada.

Well, announced earlier this month, Carashoft and Versa have partnered on a joint effort focused on continued service for the public sector.

The official announcement states that, under the agreement, “Carahsoft will serve as Versa’s Public Sector distributor, making its VersaONE Universal SASE platform available through Carahsoft’s reseller partners and NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V, and National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) ValuePoint (News - Alert).”

This is great news. With Versa’s offerings, Carahsoft can connect more users to highly secure applications and connectivity, enabling even more to transition to modern networking so they can reap greater operational and financial benefits that come part and parcel with Versa’s software-defined services framework.
