Organizations migrate critical workloads to the cloud to remain competitive. But as they find themselves having to manage business critical cloud and multicloud environments, they are hit with a skilsl gap. Many find they don’t have the expertise needed to handle the complexity of cloud networking and security, especially in multicloud environments.

Having staff in place is key in determining the success of an organization’s cloud strategy. In fact, 85% of organizations believe that is the case, according to an Aviatrix study. However, enterprises struggle to hire or train staff with the necessary skills to properly design and implement an effective and future-proof multicloud network architecture.

Aviatrix sees the struggle and is helping those companies with its Aviatrix Certified Engineer Program, a multicloud networking certification program. Participants progress through associate and professional levels before reaching design expert, while learning native cloud networking constructs, increasing multicloud proficiency, discovering networking use cases and accelerating cloud initiatives. Once a design expert, there are optional course in operations and automation for specialized cloud professionals.

The ACE Program is continually updated and familiarizes participants with best practices that span major CSPs as well as the Aviatrix Cloud Networking Platform. The ACE Program also delivers in-depth best practices and education required to build an enterprise-grade cloud architecture, focusing on cloud networking and security aspects that other CSP (News - Alert) certifications miss.

"Each individual cloud provider has its own certifications, but ACE is the only program filling the need for CSP-agnostic cloud education," said Danielle Coady, vice president of marketing at Aviatrix. "ACE provides cloud networking professionals with the training they need to fully understand public cloud networking components, service provider capabilities, multicloud architectural design patterns, and how to apply them to their own organizations."

The ACE Program offers a multitude of benefits to more than 18,000 professionals across 180 countries whose businesses operate in the cloud.
