The program encompasses three pivotal services designed to harness the transformative potential of generative AI:

FAIR Ideate, available in the AWS Marketplace, offers an interactive and collaborative ideation workshop, facilitating the identification of actionable use cases for generative AI. This process underscores the significance of defined business impacts and readiness diagnostics for successful AI integration.

FAIR Incubate, available at a later date, operates as an agile and iterative program that collaboratively constructs an organization's inaugural generative AI solution. This service establishes the essential technology stack, evaluates AI feasibility and ensures seamless integration into existing organizational processes.

FAIR Industrialize, available at a later date, undertakes a systematic effort to refine the AI solution into a polished product. It incorporates the implementation of governance structures, the definition of key performance metrics, and the optimization of the AI model and Distributed Cloud Infrastructure to enable ongoing enhancements.
