Versa Introduces Endpoint DLP to Strengthen Universal SASE Platform

Versa Networks has launched Versa Endpoint DLP, an advanced data loss prevention capability integrated within its VersaONE Universal SASE Platform. This new feature, delivered through the lightweight Versa SASE Client, offers protection against data exfiltration at the endpoint level.

Versa Endpoint DLP addresses critical security concerns by preventing unauthorized actions such as copy-pasting, screenshots, and data transfers via peripheral devices like USB drives. These restrictions are governed by Zero Trust attributes and ensure sensitive data is protected from accidental leaks, insider threats, and malicious cyberattacks.’

“Versa Endpoint DLP directly addresses the critical need for comprehensive data protection on endpoints in today’s hybrid work environments,” said Kumar Mehta, Versa Founder and CDO. “We’re delivering a unified approach to securing sensitive data on endpoints, addressing critical risks like insider threats and compliance challenges. By integrating this functionality into the VersaONE platform, our customers can protect their data effectively without adding complexity.”

These capabilities offer real-time, end-to-end data security. By unifying network and endpoint data protection within a single platform, Versa provides organizations with consistent policy enforcement across their IT infrastructure.

The integrated approach simplifies data protection strategies, eliminates the need for separate DLP tools, and enhances compliance with corporate security standards without compromising user experience.
